My name is Lucy Hannah Chapman (hence my blog title), i'm 14 and live in the UK. Ever since i was very small, i have had a massive interest in all things fashion and beauty. I was the 3 year old walking round grown up shops like River Island or Topshop feeling the fabrics and asking to try everything on. I was commenting on the materials and textures and weather i like the peice or not and saying things like 'the zip in the back really makes the top more statement' or 'they ruined the dress with the low neckline it would be so much nicer with a circle neck' etc. Fashion talk was my vocabulary. I was the only kid in nursery with all purple glitter Dr Martens and designer fur coats because all my friends wanted toys and that was all they asked for whilst with me all i asked for was clothes and of course maybe a few toys.
I was also very into borrowing my mums makeup from the inside the foot stool (it's like a big square box but is also a foot stool). I used to go into school with my magazine mascara and magazine lipstick on. I loved watching my mum putting her makeup on and it really fascinated me.
Now, i still love all of the above but i have become a regular teenager. I am addicted to the internet. Youtube, Instgram, Tumblr, you name it. And i'm also obsessed with bands like One Direction and The 1975 and singers like Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift etc. I spend way too much time stalking One Direction and not enough time on homework and studies. Oops.
This blog is my space for writing about what i want, doing what i want and building my self confidence and i can share it with people too. I hope you find something somewhat interesting or helpful when i let you in on my journey through my teenage years.
